Job Responsibilities:
Lead sale team on daily operation
Develop sale strategies and sale plan
Monitor sale team to achieve sale target
Review operational records and determine profitability
Reviewing market analysis and determine customer needs
Provide training to staff and partners
Maintain the existing network and create new networks and distribution channels effectively
On going research, survey customers' behaviors & satisfaction and recommend solutions to next level management
Solves customer complaints to problems
Prepare daily and weekly regular reports to line manager regarding problems, challenges, lesson learned
Prepare monthly work plan and budget for sale staffs are going to sell in the field & Prepare sales target reports
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor degree of marketing, business administration or related fields
Have experience 3-4 years in selling, promotion and marketing of similar products
Have leadership, management skill
Be able to solve problems in his/her target areas and Good team work
Experiences human resource management is advantage
Experiences in planning, budgeting and monitoring the sale team
Has good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate including Khmer typing
Be able to communicate in English and able to speak and other is advantage Be able to work under pressure
