Job Description
AGL (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. An International Transportation, Freight and Logistics company is seeking for qualified Candidates for the position:
Customer Services Assistant
Job Descriptions:
- Provide customers services
- Follow up, monitor and update the shipment status to all parties concerned
- Responsible for doing reports as required
- Respond to customer inquiry as well as quotation promptly
- Record filing according
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or Public relations
- Females only
- Good common in English, Chinese is an advantage
- High responsibility and commitment to work
- Good time management and planning skills
- Able to work overtime, under pressure and do field work
