Monument Toys is looking for an Operation Manager to handle the logistics of toy supply for our stores.
Job Responsibility:
- Ordering stock
- Planning supply forecast
- Managing import schedule
- Distribution to our network within Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar
- Source new product lines
- Manage supplier relations
- Supervising sales staff and developing their product knowledge
- Support any other activities required
Essential Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in English Language Arts or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of Sales & Marketing experience
- Computer knowledge – MS Office
- Fluent in English with previous experience in dealing with English speaking suppliers
- Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
