Job Description
Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra offers five-star accommodations close to the magnificent Angkor Wat World Heritage site. This 239 room luxury resort - consistently rated as Siem Reap’s premier hotel – successfully combines Khmer and French culture, architecture and design. We are currently seeking a passionate and inspired individual to join our team in Siem Reap.
Job Requirement
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a 5 star kitchen
- Proven organisational and leadership skills required
- Experience in rostering, cost control and budgeting
- Creative and innovative menu designs and presentation
- Excellent English
- Experience in Western, Japanese and Khmer food required
- Experience in French Cuisine will be highly regarded.
- Strong HACCP and Food Hygiene
