Western Chef  - In Phnom Penh
 
Job Description
  • To ensure that all staff provide fast, efficient and service at all time.
  • To ensure excellent communication and co operation with other department.
  • Arrange and attend a weekly meeting and monthly staff meeting.
  • Efficient and effective planning of staff schedule.
  • To ensure that the kitchen staff place the equipment in the correct place minimizes breakage or loss.
  • To create and maintain the most out/organization for the kitchen.
  • To ensure service standards of all food items and dishes which will be prepared and served.
  • To follow up on purchase orders and market list made for the kitchen.
  • To make a yearly marketing plan for restaurant in cooperation with the restaurant based on the budget.
  • To assist in controlling the inventories of all food & beverage and operating materials used in the kitchen.
  • To handle complaint of guests promptly and if necessary inform the restaurant manager or General Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Have minimum 5 yrs experience with western food.
  • Foreigner only (French is encouraged)
  • Strong organization, leadership skill required.
  • Experience rostering, cost control, budgeting. 
  • Creative innovation menu design presentation.
  • Good english.
  • Good at food hygiene preparation and food decoration
