The company is looking for the qualified staff to fulfill the following position:
 
Food and Beverage Manager - In Phnom Penh
 
 Job Description
  • Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.
  • Handle all food & beverage operation.
  • Plan, Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service 
  • Recruitment and training of staff 
  • Shift scheduling 
  • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback 
  • Purchase and control of inventory 
  • Monitor revenues and expenses 
  • Ensure practice of health and safety regulations 
  • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products 
  •  
  • Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
 Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
  • Experience at least 5 years
  • Local or Expatriate
  • Leadership skills 
  • Flexibility 
  • Adaptability 
  • Inventory management 
  • Conflict resolution 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good at testing and creative new ideas
